The living room is large and airy with a large fireplace with free firewood, a 55-inch LCD Hi-Def cable TV,  a queen-size sleeper sofa, and two cozy side chairs in front of large windows with views of the mountains.

The living room opens to the deck with grill and table for outdoor dining in the warmer months.

The kitchen has new appliances, including a refrigerator, electric range with a smooth cooking surface, dishwasher, disposal, combination range hood/microwave, and almost every small appliance and utensil you could need.

The dining room has a six-person table and, like the living room, features oversized windows looking eastward.

The view is amazing, and you can see the ski slopes below, Charlottesville to the northeast, and even the glow of Richmond on moonless nights some 70 miles away.

The Master suite features a king-size bed, with its own door onto the deck. The views are gorgeous, to the east primarily, but you can also see westward into the Shenandoah Valley. This room has a 32-inch LCD HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player.

The master bath has a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a closet and a 32-inch LCD HDTV, and is adjacent to the second bath, which contains a full tub/shower.

The condominium has a new full-size front-loading washer and dryer, and an outside ski locker for storing wet and icy gear out of the way.

The unit is on the second floor, but an elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze.
